In addition to the CAN 2024, several international events will be hosted over 2023 and 2024. This means that the country will be in a large-scale event mode from January 2023.

Côte d'Ivoire will be dressed in its most beautiful dress, and ready to welcome the whole world. The city of Abidjan will thus be the continental showcase with High Standing Hotel clusters, a renovated road network with five (5) international standard bridges, new roads and intersections. Given the size of the event, the National Security Council, chaired by the Ivorian President, His Excellency Alassane Ouattara, has provided Côte d'Ivoire with a new higher level health security system.

It is within such secure and large event ready environment that the Sofitel Hotel Ivoire, the most luxurious hotel in the country, will host ACOA 2023 organized by the Association of Chartered Accountants of Cote d'Ivoire in partnership with PAFA. This congress will see the mixing of French-speaking, English-speaking and Portuguese-speaking cultures in the fields of finance and accounting.

In addition to the beautiful setting, the interest of this 7th edition is also the relevance of the chosen theme on the structural transformation of African economies and the responsibility of the professional accountant in that transformation. The opportunity was set as well for two days devoted to the discovery of Côte d'Ivoire through socio-economic visits to the most beautiful Ivorian tourist sites. All conditions being met at all levels: health, safety, environmental, scientific, logistical, culinary, tourism… the only item now missing, is welcoming more than 2,000 delegates in Côte d'Ivoire.

We look forward to welcoming you to share knowledge and experiences and build mutually beneficial long-term relationships.
